Calcium carbide furnace waste heat boiler

The flue gas produced by the internal combustion closed calcium carbide furnace is introduced into the diverter chamber through the smoke pipe, and under normal circumstances enters the waste heat boiler through the main flue for heat exchange. After the temperature drops to 180℃, the flue gas is removed by the glass fiber bag dust collector. After purification, the flue gas is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan. The waste heat boiler produces superheated steam at around 220 ° C for production (steam or power generation).
