Industrial silica furnace waste heat boiler

The flue gas waste heat boiler of industrial silica thermal furnace is composed of vaporization flue, high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, 3-5 evaporator, economizer, deoxygenation section, boiler drum, rising pipe, falling pipe and its auxiliary equipment and accessories. It adopts inverted U-shaped structure arrangement, so that the flue gas at the outlet of the ore furnace can enter the waste heat boiler after buffering the instantaneous fluctuation through the vaporization flue, so that the water in the waste heat boiler can become superheated steam to meet the requirements of power generation, and promote the turbine to generate power.
The flue gas waste heat boiler developed by the company has the characteristics of large flue gas volume, high flue gas temperature, fine dust and large ratio of flue gas to dust, which can effectively solve the core technology of heat exchange efficiency and ash accumulation. In December 2020, through the new product identification organized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the core technology has reached the domestic leading level and won two national patents.
