The waste heat boiler mainly uses the high-temperature recycled flue gas generated in the production process of the catalytic equipment, and then burns part of the gas to produce 3.8MPa,430℃ medium pressure steam. In addition to driving the turbine, it also partially sends the medium pressure steam pipe network. The steam generation system is composed of the waste heat boiler and the external evaporator of the catalytic equipment (external heat extractor, oil slurry evaporator).

 

In addition to its own production of medium pressure steam, at the same time to the external evaporator supply hot water, superheated external evaporator generated by the same parameter full steam. Function of waste heat boiler: Recycle waste heat, convert it into hot water or steam, etc. The heat energy boiler can be used with dust removal equipment, which can improve the environment hot air (requiring air preheater equipment), reduce fuel consumption, and save resources.

After research, it is understood that the use of waste heat involves a wide range of industries, and is developing in various fields of heat energy use. Thermoelectric power generation is primarily the use of thermoelectric power generation data for power generation, but because the energy conversion rate of thermoelectric data is low, the need to develop a high conversion rate of thermoelectric AC data. Exhaust gas turbine power generation is the use of exhaust gas to drive the turbine and then drive the generator to generate electricity, this power generation method has a certain impact on the function of the engine, the need for further research.
