In order to promote the technological progress of enterprises, enhance the driving force of enterprise development and market competitiveness, improve the practice and innovation ability of graduate students, service demand and improve quality. In accordance with the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, equal cooperation and win-win development, Tongji University and Luheng Energy jointly built a joint training base for graduate students integrating industry and education in Jiangyou Shunhui Baden Hotel on December 22.
More than 70 guests from Jiangyou local government leaders, the banking and financial sectors, Luheng Energy partners and 200 people from Luheng management and technical level jointly witnessed this important moment. Tongji University-Luheng Energy Production and Education Integration Innovation Practice Base aims at low-carbon frontier technology, and uses pollution reduction and carbon reduction technology to promote enterprise product upgrading. At present, it mainly carries out professional practice research from five directions: First, the development of new materials to prevent ash accumulation, coking and wear on boiler heating surface; Second, how to improve the heat transfer rate of waste heat boiler; Third, the development and utilization of new plate air preheater and plate heat exchanger; Fourth, intelligent additive (waste heat boiler, additive manufacturing under extreme conditions) high temperature corrosion wear; Fifth, artificial (AI) intelligent simulation of waste heat boiler and research and development of energy storage. At present, a new type of anti-ash wear coating has been developed, which has been successfully applied to the heat exchange elements of the company's waste heat boiler.
Tongji University is a first-class university, and this cooperation with Lu Heng is a full affirmation of Lu Heng's scientific research and technology foundation, and it is also an inevitable result of Lu Heng Energy keeping up with the national energy conservation and emission reduction industry orientation, deep cultivation of waste heat utilization, and efforts in technological innovation. In recent years, the company actively responded to the call of the government "green economy, smart energy", in-depth carbon peak carbon neutral scientific and technological innovation action, constantly promote the upgrading of the company's product technology, improve the company's technological innovation level, authorized 2 invention patents, 48 utility model patents, 6 software Copyrights, 3 domestic technology leading achievements. It has achieved good economic and social benefits, and its sales revenue from 2019 to 2023 increased from 48 million yuan to 500 million yuan, with an average annual growth of 85.6%, realizing the rapid growth of the enterprise.
The establishment of Tongji University-Luheng Energy Production and Education integration innovation practice base, through the cooperation of both schools and enterprises, cultivate high-quality talents, promote industrial upgrading, and achieve school, enterprise, local and social multi-win. We believe that Luheng Energy with the wings of production and education integration innovation practice base will be able to shine in the field of waste heat utilization and fly higher and farther on the dual carbon road.
