When the temperature of the metal wall of the heating surface at the tail of the waste heat boiler is lower than the condensation point of sulfuric acid steam, liquid sulfuric acid will be formed on its surface. For a long time, corrosion caused by condensation on the rear heating surface of each heat exchange equipment often occurs. As a result, in the planning of waste heat boiler, the occurrence of condensation and corrosion has to be alleviated by improving the smoke exhaust temperature or using non-metallic materials with extremely poor heat transfer, but the problem is still not fundamentally addressed.
However, waste heat recovery equipment often corrodes as usual after one to two years of operation until it is perforated. Gravity heat pipe waste heat boiler was once popularized, of course, its isothermal heat transfer characteristics can be used to reduce the exhaust temperature, but the low wall temperature of its tail heating surface will still be lower than the acid dew point temperature, can not prevent the corrosion caused by condensation.
In addition, heat pipes are generally aging due to the occurrence and accumulation of non-condensing gas, and the uneven thickness of heat transfer liquid film caused by gravity effect is an unstable state of heat transfer. The appearance of heat transfer technology of composite phase change annular heat pipe changes this situation. It adopts the principle of heat pipe, puts forward the concept of phase change section, and creates a new idea that the wall temperature is the fundamental planning parameter of heat exchanger.
The problem of low temperature corrosion is basically solved. The phase change section deals with the problem of low temperature corrosion, so that the final smoke exhaust temperature is infinitely close to the dew point without corrosion, and the purpose of energy saving is completed. By adjusting the boiling point temperature of the working medium in the phase change section, the closed-loop control of the low wall temperature surface of the heating surface can be completed, and the effect of the constant wall temperature and the adjustment of the wall temperature can be easily completed.
