Waste heat power generation system Single pressure system Single pressure system is the selection of single pressure waste heat boiler and single stage steam turbine power generation system. The composition of this system is simple, the deoxygenated water enters the economizer, evaporator and superheater in the waste heat boiler successively through the feed pump to enter the steam turbine to do power generation, and the exhaust smoke temperature of the waste heat boiler of the general single pressure system is about 110℃.
Double pressure system Double pressure system is a turbine power generation system which uses double pressure waste heat boiler and single stage steam supplement. According to the principle of energy cascade use, the waste heat boiler is equipped with two cylinders, and the high pressure superheater section, high pressure evaporation section, high pressure economizer, low pressure superheater, low pressure evaporation section, high pressure economizer and low pressure economizer are arranged in sequence on the heating surface along the same direction of the flue gas activity.
The feed pump increases the pressure of the deoxygenated water to the high and low pressure economizer respectively, and enters two different pressure water circulation in the waste heat boiler to produce two different pressure steam: main steam and low pressure steam. The low-pressure steam enters the middle of the turbine as supplementary steam and drives the turbine to do work and generate electricity together with the main steam. Flash steam supplement system is a power generation system using flash steam turbine.
Flash principle is the high pressure and temperature of hot water and other heat sources, after decompression and expansion, release the required low pressure full steam. After the feed water enters the waste heat boiler through the feed pump, a part of the hot water generates superheated steam after heat exchange by the exhaust gas, which is connected to the main inlet of the turbine. Another part of the high temperature and high pressure underfull hot water enters the flash evaporator to produce a certain amount of low-pressure full steam, which enters the low-pressure steam supply port of the turbine, and the main steam and low-pressure steam do work in the turbine to generate electricity.
