The waste heat boiler is composed of a boiler drum, a movable smoke hood, a furnace section flue, an inclined 1 section flue, an inclined 2 section flue, a last 1 section flue, a last 2 section flue, a feeding tube (feeding pass) groove, an oxygen gun muzzle, a nitrogen seal installation and a nitrogen seal plug, a manhole, a differential pressure pressure installation, a support and a hanger of the flue, etc. The waste heat boiler is divided into six circulating circuits.

The circulating loop is composed of falling pipe and rising pipe. The water supply of each flue is introduced into the lower header of each flue from the boiler drum through the falling pipe, and then into the heating surface. After the water passes through the heating surface, steam is generated into the inlet header, and then into the boiler drum through the rising pipe. Flanges are used to connect each flue.

Waste heat boiler The use of the process of consumption of gas or waste gas, waste liquid, and some power machinery exhaust heat to produce steam or hot water boiler. The exhaust temperature of various smelting furnaces and roasting kilns is 650~1250℃; The exhaust temperature of power machinery such as gas turbines and diesel engines is 370~540℃. The unit waste heat boiler absorbs the local heat in these exhaust fumes, and the thermal energy application rate of the whole system can be significantly improved.
