The structure of waste heat boiler is introduced

The tunnel type waste heat boiler is a traditional waste heat boiler applied to the 3rd generation gas blowing and recovery system. It adopts a single drum and tunnel type natural circulation water tube boiler. The inlet of the waste heat boiler is connected to the outlet of the high temperature cyclone dust separator in the system. The boiler flue is successively arranged with condensing tube bundle, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, two-stage air preheater and other heating surface.

The vertical waste heat boiler is a new type of waste heat boiler applied to the three wastes recovery system of gas making furnace. It adopts a single boiler drum and vertical natural circulation water tube boiler. The inlet of the waste heat boiler is connected to the outlet of the three wastes mixed combustion furnace in the system.

Replacing one high temperature cyclone dust separator in the original system, it is used to reduce the dust content in the flue gas of the three wastes mixed combustion furnace, and the lower part of the separator is automatically discharged at regular intervals to complete dry ash discharge. The heating surface such as condensing tube bundle, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer and two-stage air preheater are arranged successively in the shaft of the tail flue.
