The boiler is the use of high temperature waste heat flue gas, the general boiler vertical placement, by the pot drum, economizer, evaporator, superheater, heating section flue, inlet section flue, exit section flue, flue of various supports and hangers, manholes, differential pressure pressure device.

Waste heat boiler can be divided into a plurality of circulation loop, each circulation loop is composed of down pipe and up pipe, feed water into the boiler barrel through economizer, from the boiler barrel through the down pipe into each lower header of the flue into each heating surface, water through the heating surface generated steam into the header and then into the cylinder.

According to the three stages of the steam production process, the structure corresponds to three heating surfaces, that is, the economizer, the evaporator and the superheater, when the system has reheated steam, the reheater can be added. The principle of waste heat boiler: high temperature waste heat flue gas is transported to the waste heat boiler inlet through the flue, then flows through the superheater, evaporator and economizer, and finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney, the smoke exhaust temperature is generally 150~180℃, and the heat released by the flue gas temperature from high temperature to the exhaust smoke temperature is used to make water into superheated steam.

The boiler feed water mainly enters the economizer, and the water absorbs heat in the economizer and heats up to a full temperature slightly lower than the drum pressure into the boiler drum. After the water entering the cylinder is mixed with the full water in the cylinder, the evaporator begins to absorb heat and produce steam along the down tube below the cylinder, usually only a part of the water becomes steam, so the water mixture is active in the evaporator.
