The inlet line of the waste heat power generation system

The inlet line of the waste heat power generation system adopts 10kV power supply, and the power supply is drawn from one of the two 10kV bus lines at the upper level. A 10/0.4kV transformer is installed inside the power generation system for the use of electricity load inside the power generation system, and the incoming cable is connected to the incoming end of the transformer. The generator is 0.4kV generator, which declares that the power supply is connected to the low-voltage bus section inside the power generation system through a cable.

When the power generation system is started, use the mains power to start. After the generator is started, it is announced that the internal power load of the power generation system is used, and the grid is connected at QF01 and QF02 inside the power generation system. After the grid connection, the remaining power is boosted to 10kV by the transformer, and is transported to the upper 10kV bus through the 10kV incoming cable for the load on the 10kV bus.

The reverse power protector is set at the upper 10kV inlet end to communicate with the generator outlet circuit breaker to prevent the reverse power supply from being announced. The two reverse power generators are placed independently in the upper 35kV substation. The single line diagram of waste heat power generation system shows that waste heat power generation has great environmental protection and economic benefits. The analysis of environmental benefits of waste heat power generation is generally evaluated by calculating the amount of pollutants reduced corresponding to the reduction of coal used in power generation.
