At present, there are two main ways to use waste heat according to its use: waste heat boiler is the primary choice for industrial waste heat power generation; Industrial and civil low-temperature waste heat recovery is the primary choice of heat pump (bromine cooling machine) system to recover waste heat. In this paper, the above two kinds of waste heat use skill routes are briefly summarized.
According to different uses, waste heat boilers can be subdivided into power station waste heat boilers and industrial waste heat boilers. Compared with power station waste heat boiler, industrial waste heat boiler has a bad operating environment and complicated design and manufacturing process. The power used by waste heat resources is related to the temperature of waste heat resources. In general, the higher the temperature, the higher the power used.
According to the temperature of waste heat resources, it can be divided into high temperature waste heat, middle temperature waste heat and low temperature waste heat. Waste heat boiler power generation is generally suitable for high temperature waste heat, while the heat pump recovery system is suitable for low temperature waste heat. Lithium bromide absorption unit is the use of waste heat resources as the power of the unit, by driving the unit to reach the intention of cooling or heating.
Its operating principle is to use heat energy as power source, water as refrigerant, lithium bromide solution as absorbent, to produce cold source water. Its heat sources mainly include steam, hot water, gas and fuel oil, which can be divided into direct fire, steam and hot water. Because of the "refrigeration by heat ", the lithium bromide chiller can use industrial waste heat to supply cold water or air conditioning required by the industrial process.
