He is willing to use his brain, love hands, in the work often use some homemade gadgets to improve work efficiency, solve work problems, effectively protect the high-intensity production demand, is the company's rare skilled craftsman. To this end, the company often gave him some small, fine parts to make, he has always been brave to take on, happy to receive, from the mission, quality and quantity completed on schedule.

Recently, due to the company's waste heat boiler project, there is an urgent need to produce 118 samplers, which must be completed and sent to the customer within one week, and the time is tight and the task is heavy. This part has never been produced before by the company, and there is no corresponding special manufacturing equipment. In particular, the core winding is a difficult point, to rely on manual winding, time-consuming and laborious, the quality is not stable. Faced with such a problem, the company once again handed the burden to Master Yao. After accepting the task, Master Yao started to think of ways to work overtime and repeated tests, and made a disk core winding machine with waste materials, ensuring that 118 samplers were completed and delivered on schedule. Not only solved the company's problems, but also saved costs for the company.
